Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a license or using any susano.xyz service - including our obfuscation pipeline, license key system, hosted script delivery and Discord tooling - you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What susano.xyz provides

susano.xyz is a tooling platform for developers who distribute Lua scripts. We provide:

• Source-code obfuscation and anti-tamper protection for Lua 5.1 targets.
• A license key system with UUID binding, expiry controls and blacklisting.
• Hosted delivery of your protected script builds.
• Analytics covering executions, sessions, geography and security events.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. One person, one account - sharing accounts, reselling access or using the service to attack other users is grounds for immediate termination.

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. If you link Discord, you are also bound by Discord's own terms.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use susano.xyz to:

• Distribute malware, spyware or any code designed to harm end users.
• Infringe copyright - you must own or have the right to distribute any script you protect.
• Circumvent, reverse engineer or resell the susano.xyz service itself.
• Attempt to break another customer's license protection or key system.
• Violate any applicable law or the terms of any platform you deploy on.

You retain full ownership of the scripts you upload. We claim no rights over your code and we do not review, endorse or support it.

5. Licensing and payments

Plans are sold as weekly (€5), monthly (€15), yearly (€30) and lifetime (€40). Orders are currently processed manually through our Discord server. Prices are in euros and may change for future purchases; existing paid periods are honoured.

• Lifetime means the lifetime of the susano.xyz service, not of the purchaser.
• Access is non-transferable between accounts.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes result in immediate suspension.

6. Refunds

Because access to digital tooling is granted immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. If something is genuinely broken on our side, contact us on Discord within 7 days and we will make it right.

7. Protection limits

Obfuscation and anti-tamper raise the cost of reverse engineering; they do not make code impossible to analyse. We cannot and do not guarantee that your script will never be cracked, dumped or leaked. susano.xyz is not liable for lost revenue, leaked builds or damages resulting from determined attackers.

8. Availability

We aim for high uptime but provide the service "as is" without warranty. Maintenance, upstream changes or abuse may cause interruptions. Planned downtime is announced on Discord where possible.

9. Data we store

To run the license system we record:

• Account data: username, email, hashed password, optional Discord identity.
• License data: keys, durations, notes, optional Discord user IDs and bound UUIDs.
• Session telemetry: UUID, IP address, coarse country/city and VPN heuristics.
• Security events: validation attempts, tamper reports and blacklist history.

Passwords are hashed with scrypt. Sensitive fields such as 2FA secrets, notes and Discord bot tokens are encrypted at rest. We never sell your data. Telemetry exists to enforce licensing and to help you support your own customers.

10. Termination

You may delete your scripts and keys at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice. On termination, hosted script builds stop being served immediately.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on Discord. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
